Happy Anniversary

Greg and I had a great time last night at the Colingsworth Concert. Mom came by and picked up the kids and Greg and I headed to Florance to Cracker Barrell. Everything was good. We left there and went to Meijers to pick up some sand box toys for the kids. We had just got the cover for the sand box on the kids new play area and so Greg got sand and put into it. They had a few toys for it but we wanted to get them a few more. After that we had thought about going to the mall for a little bit but was afraid that we would run short on time so we just headed toward the concert. We arrived in plenty of time. In fact, the doors weren't open yet when we got there. The weather was nice so it was no big deal to wait outside. While we were waiting outside a squirrel came running down the steps and scarred me half to death. All I could think of was Ray Stevens and his, "Mississippi Squirrel." The concert was great. They were actually filming so it was kind of neat to see them stop and say, "We need to do that again." It made you view them as plain old people like us. I'm sure the Salary is a little different. Anyway, we had a great time and it was great to spend an evening with this wonderful man that the Lord blessed me with. Love you Greg!

Man, I wanted to go to the concert! However, work before play, and we had an EFM activity scheduled. It would be neat, as you say, to see a video being filmed and re-filmed, etc.

One couple in our service this morning said that they got home at 2:00am from the concert. How long did it last?

We had to be there by 5:00pm and didn't get out until around 11:00. But I did spend a little time waiting to get Kim's autograph. She was featured in a GVB magazine and I wanted to have her sign it. She is one amazing person.

It was a great evening! They are my favorite! Can't wait to see the final product! Wasn't it so neat to see all of her siblings except Becky with her parents on stage?! Very touching...
