Shudders

Our shudders came in for our house Wednesday. Greg was too sick too go to Lowes to pick them up. If he is too sick to go to Lowes then he is really sick. When I offered to go get them he just said ok. So I did. It was no big deal. I just went in with the paper work and they got it for me. I am really excited about getting them. I think it will really jazz up the house. I'm not sure when Greg and dad will get to it but I'll try to post a finished pic.

Easter Hats

Megan wanted to show daddy her Easter hat after we got home from shopping the other day. I promise our kids are not always in their p.j.'s but it seems like that is when they do all the cute things and when the camera is handy. Anyway, here are the Easter hats but they will probably wear another outfit with them. Usually Easter outfits show up at I.H.C. so maybe some of you will see them there. If not the p.j.'s look great too!

Easter Hats

They decided to try on each other's hat. I think that Seth could be in total pink and still look like a boy.
Princes Megan!
Prince Seth!
Megan said to send this one to Grandbear. So this one is for you Grandbear. For the ones who don't know, Grandbear is Greg's Dad.
So I guess we'll send this to Grandbear also.

Seth at Computer

Good, Megan isn't here so now I can play on the computer! I'm not sure what to do, but I think if I just push a lot of buttons then I win!

Our Celebrities

The sunglasses thing was Megan's idea. I thought they looked great!
When Seth noticed that Megan had hers on then he wanted his on. Of course then we had to find them! His eyes crack me up in this pic.
Megan with her Uncle Kevin smile. Cheese it up! I love it!

Day Out

I spent the day with mom, Kimberly, and my kids. We went to the mall and had lunch out. We had a really nice time. I was able to find Easter outfits for the kids. I was planning to get them when we went to Tenn. next month but when I looked at the calender I thought that it would be too close to Easter and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find anything. I actually found a couple of outfits for them. Megan picked out her purse and hat for Easter Sunday. She is way into the girl thing. (nothing like her mom was) The kids played in the play area at the mall and had a really good time. I usually don't get to go to the mall on Tuesday. I decided that it is a good day of the week to shop because it was not busy at all. And the play area wasn't a zoo!

The Things They Do

We were at my parents house on Sunday and my dad was singing with our kids while I was playing the piano. Seth was really getting into it. I usually lead the kids in singing at church but I may have to turn that over to Grandpa because he was pulling it right out of Seth. When he would get to the part that said, "Yes Sir," he would put both hands on his head and say, "Yes." He was really watching Megan and trying to do the motions that she was doing.
Megan sang with us a couple of Sunday's ago. She sang the chorus by herself and then we joined her. She is starting to do very well. This past weekend I asked her how she got so cute. She said, "I thought it would make everyone happy!" They both make us laugh all the time.

UDF Time

After Skyline we took the kids to UDF. Seth likes milkshakes and Megan had blue cookie dough. yum. Usually, once Seth starts drinking one he doesn't stop until about 5 miles down the road.
This ice cream matches my eyes.
Breakfast at Grandma's
This was after the biscuts and gravy.

Skyline Time

Friday night we got together with my brother, Stephen, and his family. That is Stephanie and her husband on the right and Kimberly beside Megan.

Stephen on left and my parents on right.
Please don't take my pic.

Kids and Computers

Megan loves the computer! She is really good at it too.
This is the reason that our laptop is insured. Seth is beginning to become interrested in the computer also.

Play At Grandma's

They are really starting to play together a lot. Along with this comes a few wrestling matches.
Seth on the run.

Baby Sitting

Seth fell asleep on my lap and I had things that I needed to get done so Megan said that she would hold him. It looks as if she is doing a good job.
She told her daddy that she needed her feet up.
A kiss from the big sister!
"Daddy, we need a blanket."
Looks like the baby sitter left her post of duty.

Snow

Olympic Bobsled 2008

If we don't get moving I'm out of here.
We finally have snow! This pic of our house was taken from my parents yard. We have about three inches of snow now. I think we are getting ice later on today. We still couldn't make a real snowman because it wouldn't pack.

We have Snow!!

Seth must have thought that Megan was wanting to wrestle but she was really wanting to make a snow angel.
Has anyone seen Seth?
Look out for the yellow snow!
We lost a passenger!

Our Snowman

We haven't had any snow to speak of this year. The other day we had a little so the kids and I went out to make a snowman on the deck. Megan was able to make a few snow angels and this is what the snowman looked like. It looks a little sad. I had some baby carrots so that worked out nice but when I went to get the rocks for the eyes and mouth one of the little angels knocked Mr. Snowman's head and tummy off. He had to pull himself back together. So the little guy has been thru a lot.

Cookie time

No Mom, don't take my picture while I'm eating cookies! Or is it, "Talk to the Hand?"

Here is Seth getting into it! Look at those eyes!

Where did it go? He had dropped his cookie in the cup and was looking down at it like, "How did that happen?"

The perfect slam dunk!
