Philly hats

Seth had a Philly's hat but Meg didn't have one. Grandmom and Grandbear sent her a Philly hat for riding her bike without training wheels. They made sure that she got one that her pony tale could go out the back. She looks so cute in it. Now Seth wants to wear his too. Seth got a couple of Philly Phanatic books.
